Safety & Illegal Content Policy

PicVaultPro is for lawful personal photo and video storage and sharing. You must not upload, share, or store illegal content.

What’s prohibited (examples)

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
  • Content depicting real-world violence intended to harass or threaten
  • Content that violates applicable laws or infringes rights

What happens if content is flagged

PicVaultPro may mark uploads as unavailable, create internal legal-hold records, suspend accounts, and preserve related metadata for compliance and auditing. We do not provide detailed investigative findings in product UI.

Automated safety analysis disclosure

Automated systems may be used solely for safety/compliance purposes. This policy is a legal disclosure and not a guarantee that every prohibited file will be proactively detected.

If we receive a credible report or obtain actual knowledge of prohibited content, we may escalate to legal review, preserve records, and report as required by law.
